High performance and safety are two main problems of computer network research. How to make the router provide network security protection under the premise of guaranteeing the forwarding performance is the current research hotspot. This paper introduces some key technical problems in the process of completing the "high performance safety router" of the national "863" project. The "high-performance secure router" is based on the autonomously designed high performance router operating system HEROS. In order to ensure high performance routing, a high performance routing algorithm based on RAM is designed. In order to support service quality control and safety management, the classification algorithm based on the non-conflict hash Trie tree and the distributed packet scheduling algorithm based on feedback are designed. In order to ensure network security, a router security architecture based on distributed key management is proposed.
