Independent research and development from the perspective of virtual instrument based on the digital oscilloscope, a new design method of data acquisition card hardware design and software development were studied. Using PCI interface, using DMA transfer, according to which the sampling frequency up to 100MHz, users may set up through the soft-panel sampling parameters, collecting data to system memory first, and then directly to the waveform display to the soft-panel, or data file format onto your hard drive Pc. The virtual oscilloscope has been successfully applied to weak signal acquisition.
