Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) control system for electric vehicles has always been a part of the core control. This paper introduces the control system has a multi-tasking, real-time features, has developed a controller based on Freescale MC9S12DP256 designed with the CAN-bus hybrid vehicle management system, proposed the introduction of software development in embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II, and focus on details of μC/OS-II in the transplant system and applications. After the theory and experiment show that the control system for real-time, high reliability.
