Adaptive two-dimensional digital watermarking system with the development of the Internet and digital technology, digital media has become the main means of access to knowledge, but it also brings a series of problems: such as infringement, illegal copying and dissemination of works, etc. As an important means of copyright protection, digital watermarking technology has been widely studied and applied. This paper presents a two-dimensional adaptive digital watermarking algorithm based on grayscale image as watermark. To achieve the superposition of the watermark image, we will be the first 8 & # 61620 8 block and DCT transformation, and to quantify the each DCT coefficient and adjustment, and finally, take out each constitute part of the DCT coefficients of the watermark signal. Will first carrier in order to realize adaptive image by 8 & # 61620 cent and using visual masking characteristics of the carrier image pixels are classified, according to the classification results, embed the watermark signal with different strength in the carrier image. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good robustness. In the end, this paper points out some possible directions for future research of this technique.
