Quantum evolutionary algorithm performance directly affected by the quantum spin the revolving door method of calculating the impact angle. This paper presents an improved quantum evolutionary algorithm, the core is designed based on the probability amplitude qubit quantum calculation of the ratio of adaptive revolving door rotation angle of the new method, the algorithm has convergence speed and global search capability characteristics. 011 knapsack problem through analysis of a new method related parameters on algorithm performance, and apply the path algorithm to optimize logistics and distribution issues, simulation results show that the quantum evolution algorithm to improve performance is better than the quantum evolution algorithm and traditional evolutionary algorithm.
