Take a raw JPEG file in a memory buffer, and another binary buffer containing raw EXIF data (say output libexif), and this routine will write the JPEG out to disk, adding the EXIF data to an APP1 JPEG marker section. This is done entirely without decompressing the raw JPEG data! NOTE: To use this code, remove any Logger object references, and delete an unrecognized namespaces.
