基于matlab实现图像边缘检测。首先使用高斯滤波器对图像进行去噪和平滑处理，目的是减少噪声对梯度计算的影响。接着计算梯度幅值大小和方向，Canny算法的基本思想是寻找一幅图像中灰度值变化最强的位置，平滑后的图像由prewitt算子计算梯度
