In this paper, a new method of motion detection is proposed by combining the advantages of the two algorithms. In order to quickly and accurately segment the moving target in visual surveillance. The segmentation of the moving target is shown in the region rather than the contour binary. The following improvement scheme has been proved to be able to segment the moving target in real time and the effect is better.
