P2P file transfer and chat system, this program allows two users to chat and send procedure is currently only a single procedure, rather than the client and server process, their clients and server roles to play. Transfer files of any size, the machine sending transmission speed of about 3MB/s, cable connection is about 50-60 KB/sec. (Note: I have not tested this code successfully, there may be problems, of interest to their research)
